Ideas Inc

Two blog posts in a day? Man, shit must have really hit the fan.

Well, not really, I'm just saying stuff for the sake of it.

For the past like, month or so, I've wanted to do so many things and I don't know why. So this is just a chronicle of my failures, even though most of them will never happen. How lucky are you?

Number one, even though I am in no way a photographer, I would absolutely love to go to Cardiff Bay at three in the morning and just take photos of things, especially when the sun comes up.

I have no idea why, but for a while now it's something that I want to do. To cover an area that I have no real knowledge of and photograph it in a time where the majority of the people in Wales are asleep. It would be brilliant. But there are problems.

Well for starters, even though there'd hardly be anyone there, I'd still feel awkward taking photos in public. Secondly, the chances of someone else coming with me would be slim, meaning that I'd be on my own, meaning that I'd feel even more uncomfortable. So, until I somehow gain confidence or until someone else thinks shit, that sounds like something I want to do too, count me in, then it shall forever be a dream.

And I know, Cardiff Bay isn't the best place in the world, I just thought that would be a good starting point.

The second one is also linked to photography. And also sounds like I'm a sad deluded child.

I have this image in my head. It's of a girl sitting down in a park or something similar with the sun behind her. She's looking down, and she's smiling. Not one of those half arsed smiles that people give when you point a camera at them and tell them to smile, but a genuine smile. One of the images is of her just about to smile (you know what I mean, right? As in that moment before you fully smile?...) and then another shot of her fully smiling, again not after I say cheese.

And now I have probably lost fifty man points. Then again, I wasn't doing well in the manly stakes anyway.

I can't get this image out of my head and, considering my Photoshopping skills aren't that good, I won't be able to just do a cut and shut job to give you as an example. But again, this brings a few problems, mainly considering that the subject is a girl.

And by that, I mean that I feel awkward asking a girl if I can take photos of her. Even if I state what I have in mind and I'm not trying to get both of us into the porn industry, it still sounds slightly odd.

Not only that, and this is probably going to be construed as sexist, but I find it even awkward still if it was male. But that said, I feel rather awkward when I'm editing a picture or a video of a male person. I just feel much at east working with imagery that has a female subject. And now that's going to be read as if I'm a pervert.

I can't explain it. It's not that I'm secretly gay and I always feel attracted to any male people in the imagery that I edit, because that's not true. Neither is it true that I want to bang any girls that are in a certain piece of footage. There's some unexplainable reason that I find it at least ten times easier to edit an image that has a female in than a male. If that does indeed make me sexist towards my own gender, then so be it.

The third idea (part one) is totally down to my inexperience with 3D software.

I have an idea for a series. A series which uses 3D throughout the thing. For some reason, I've codenamed it Fallen.

Basically, if you've watched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and most importantly the last half of it, you might have an idea of what I'm thinking of doing.

But I don't mean that I want to do a rip off of Advent Children. I want to do something similar, yes, but not rip off. I don't want to create a character that is similar to Cloud, Tifa, Sephiroth and co and have them do the same moved they did in that film. Neither do I want to rip off Devil May Cry 3, but just use them as influences to create this impossible series.

I have no idea what the focus of Fallen would be. I don't know what the story is, or the characters or the structure of the series. All I know is that I have this idea, and every day I keep thinking of different scenes, and after I think of them, I just imagine how bollock hard they'd be to pull off. Shit the bed.

Part two, which I'm linking with my Fallen idea, is that I want to do an animation relating to bullying, using this song by My Morning Jacket as the background music. The part I want to use for the bullying animation is from about 4:30 onwards.

The idea I had for this is someone being bullied is contemplating committing suicide. They are up on a tall building (so tall that the camera can't even see the ground, if that makes sense). They then turn around to look at the people behind them, and sees ghosts of people who has bullied them, and begin to fall backwards (the moment the guitar does the dive bomb thing).

Then after a few seconds of falling (and other shit), there's a hand coming from the heavens. The person thinks it's the hand of God, and reaches out to hold it. There's a slow motion sequence where they are about touch, which cuts back to the building top. It was a human hand, grabbing the person who was about to fall, stopping the inevitable death. It ends with the two hugging each other, crying. Others appear on the rooftop, standing there, staring at the person who was about to die.

Yes, it makes no sense theoretically. When I came up with it, I had a slogan saying Bullying: It's Not Worth Dying For at the end of it. It will not work, mind, mainly because the idea is utter shit, but also because again my skills with 3D are terrible. Maybe one day, but in a decades time, not in the short term.

The forth one is similar. Kind of. I again have an image in my head. This time, it's of a wedding dress.

No, there's nobody special in that dress, so nobody ask me who I was thinking of in a wedding dress. The person doesn't matter.

What matters is that I thought of an idea for a wedding dress. The problem? I can't draw to save my life. The only conceivable way that I could illustrate what the dress would look like is if I either go an create it in real life or using a 3D program. And both of those will fail because I have no idea when it comes to fashion design and am incompetent in 3D software too.

The only thing I can say is that Final Fantasy has indeed influenced it. And no, I don't mean that it's short and shows off the girls booby area like some of the designs (especially Tifa and Rikku in X-2). If you're an FF nut, try and think of a hybrid of Yuna's wedding dress, Lightning's costume in XIII and Haley's wedding dress in that episode of American Dad. You know the one, that one where she's a sleeping agent and Stan activates her by saying I'm getting tired of this orgasm? Yeah, not sure if anyone can actually imagine a hybrid of that style.

I honestly don't know why this idea is in my head. I've never really had an interest in fashion design, and yet here I am, laying in my bed, imagining someone wearing my idea as a wedding dress. I don't know.

Fifthly, I want to actually do a CLICvlog of my own.

On what? Well, I'd like to do a tutorial one, maybe one about how to set up a green screen or how to colour correct images. The problem? You've probably guessed it, it's my confidence.

I feel much better when I'm behind the camera. I have no qualms when it comes to me not being the centre of attention. But for some reason, I have a sudden urge to just share my (lack of) knowledge with others and actually know how it feels to be in front of the camera. But yeah, I feel awkward in front of any lens.

Even if it's a camera on a phone, I feel awkward when someone takes a photo or a film of me, so filming and editing a CLICvlog which I'm in would be melon-twistingly awkward.

I don't think there are any other potential fails in my head that I'd like to share. There is one more, but it's way too personal to share here.

Bye then.

- Touch me, I'm going to FIN.

White Wedding

I'm an idiot.

And you are.

But that's not the point. The point is, I'm terrible at starting blog posts.

Anyway, almost every night, I do this thing called sleeping. And that's not the same "sleeping" as "sleeping with someone". I'm no man-slag, yo.

Anyway, it seems that I have a thing for starting sentences with "anyway", so lets try again, shall we?

One night a while back, I had a dream (and if you're interested, I've just got the scene where Tidus first encounters Sin in Final Fantasy X). In this dream, I saw a girl. Well, not a girl, she was a woman. Didn't see her face, didn't really hear her name, all I saw was a body and hair.

And before you think oh, what a perv, dreaming about nude women without a face, well you're wrong. She was fully clothed. But not in jeans and a tee-shirt or whatever females wear these days.

No, it was a wedding dress. And do you know what makes things weirder? It was a wedding dress that I designed. I designed a wedding dress in my sleep, and ever since that dream whenever I had it, I can't get it out of my head.

The only problem is that I am terrible at drawing, so it will never be a reality (if, by reality, is something that is not just in your head). It's not one of these Big Fat Gypsy Wedding dresses. It's rather plain, to be fair, covering only one shoulder. Can't really describe it more than that, because I have the descriptive skills of a donkey on meth. Not sure how that works, but it seems to work for Family Guy's cutaway gags. Ah well.

Main point? I'm an idiot for having a dream about a girl in a wedding dress that I've designed somehow.

In other, less clothing news, I sleep naked. Not really, I discovered how many assignments I have due before the end of year. It's about seven of them, due in by mid May. That's a month away. Shit.

Also, I miss learning about Chemistry and Physics.

That is all.

- I think I had a dream, a dream of being alone. And I wanted someone, anyone, beside me. So I wouldn't feel alone anymore. If you know where that's from, I love you. Also, FIN.

Hell Blog

Note - Yeah, I have no idea what the post title means either...

Because I have no sense of anything, here is a post sighting recent annoyances. Not really targeted at anyone.

So, in other terms, if you decide to stop reading at this minute, I will not know, so it really doesn't matter.

FIrst off, people who ask me to do stuff, but makes it seem that it's the most important thing ever.

Please stop this. Really, it's annoying. You know how it seems when you ask for something in a "caring, considerate" way? You look patronising, like you're talking to a four year old and not someone five times that age.

I don't mind if you accidentally do so once in a blue moon, but not every freaking time. Talking like that doesn't make you better with children, either. It makes you a patronising bitch who thinks the only thing that's important in life is if it's something for you. Grow the fuck up.

Side note, calling a child "chicken" is probably the most horrible thing I've ever seen. It's so affectionate, yeah? You know, calling someone you love a farm animal that we kill to feed the human race. Lovely.

Second, people who complain about their choices, especially university courses.

Again, grow the fuck up. If you were thoughtful of your future, you would have looked into your preferred course. Now, you're nearly at the end of your second year and you're complaining that the course wasn't what you thought it was. It's almost exactly as it was described. The only differences are the changes the lecturers did half way through the course.

Also, fuck off with this don't like it, won't do it attitude. If you don't like it, swallow your feelings towards it and just get it over and done with. You'll get it over quicker that way.

Third, which is a link to the second point. You've studied in Wales for two years, and yet you insist to rip the piss out of the language and the accent. Really? Fuck you.

Also, your ignorance in asking why S4C is on channel four is impeccable.

Fourth, to everyone. Accept it when someone says no to something you've asked someone to do. It is not the end of the world if someone doesn't want to do something. If it's urgent and life threatening, then I understand, but I don't understand the questions that follow a denial of something. Fuck up or fuck off.

Fifth, what's the point in pointing out things that people do? Yes, I'm usually in my room and I look at funny stuff on the internet. By definition, funny stuff makes people laugh, meaning that I will possibly laugh in result. What is the point in mentioning that you can hear me laugh while in a different room?

That's it for the annoyances for now.

In other news, I have completed Final Fantasy XIII-2 (hint - there might be spoilers, but not a lot), and for some reason I'm hoping for a sequel. The only thing I will say about the story is that it seems a little to Emperor Strikes Back the more I think about it. But it does kind of hold potential for a sequel. I mean, the Farron sisters are in some way mute from life at the end of XIII-2, and all I can think of is a story driven by them, with a team of just them and the monster system.

That said, I'm not hoping for a sequel because I want Lightning, Fang and all them to live. There was absolutely no closure at the end of XIII-2, other than Hope grew up rather well (as in, he wasn't the needy runt like in XIII) and all of Noel's alternative outfits are shit ugly.

I mean, if they had the same story mechanics as XIII (as in swap from one group to another throughout the story) with the battle and leveling up system of XIII-2 and you've already on a winner. Fuck, I wouldn't care if Hope was playable. Actually, I can see that happening. Hope and Noel on one side of the story while Lightning and Serah in a different scenario for the other side of the story. I don't know, I'm just talking utter nonsense now.

Also, I've finished Assassin's Creed Revelations. Loved it, and surprisingly finished it rather quickly. Roll on III, I say.

University wise, I have still not failed anything this year, yet my run of no results under 60% has failed, with my sound technology assignment falling somewhere in the 50% region. Nothing to cry about, but just something to make me think.

I'll end it here, m'need to do shitloads of editing and writing because I have no soul, ya?

Injection

It seems that every time I try to start a blog post these days, all I want to do is to start it by just saying "hello there". Hopefully I've avoided it for this post at least.

So, it's mid January. And in just over two weeks, I should have my copy of Final Fantasy XIII-2. So, that should fill up almost all of my weekend time, unless I do something stupid like need to finish other assignments or buy an older game to play while I wait for it and it comes later than expected...

Poo.

I need to do both.

Luckily, I only have two assignments to do this January, with the rest of them due March time. I have nearly finished one and nearly started the other. Joys.

One question mind, how do you create a visual diary for something you've created from the top of your head? I'm not saying Oh, look at me, I can design the heavens without visiting hell or some other obscure comparison to my situation. I just find it extremely hard to research for my assignments, even if I've done the assignment before the research. Curse you, mind of procrastination.

Also, on the weekend I visited a website called Amazon, have you heard about it? Well, I went on it to see about a game. and I bought one. Even though two weeks ago I received my copy of Final Fantasy Tactics, I've just been stuck on After Effects and that.

I've got to stop italicizing stuff.

Anyway, I've bought a new game. Well, I say new, it's been out for ages. It's Assassin's Creed II.

For some reason, I've started to get intrigued by it. I played the first game a few months after it came out and I didn't really like it, but since it was rather cheap, I picked it up. Happy days.

In other news, I'm ill. I have a cold thing going on. And I hate it.

Not because I'm ill.

Because it feels that I'm wasting time, and money, for my employers.

I've got to phone up a few people for some reason or other, and I have started doing so, but I've just felt utterly crap. Not to mention my throat's feeling like there's two sand-paper men wrestling in the arena known as my throat. And it doesn't hurt as much as it is annoying. The last thing I want to do is be a bad example, coughing every thirty seconds and sounding as unclear as why people like Justin Bieber.

I don't know. I can't think straight.

But I will ask for your assistance.

Will you do me a favour?

Thanks.

Will you visit my university YouTube channel and subscribe to it, and maybe comment on some of the videos?

Thanks.

Here's a link to the YouTube channel, and here's a link to why and what I'm doing (it).

I can't think of how to end this in an interesting way...

Testicles.

That'll do.

- I think I had a FIN, a FIN of being alone. I just wanted someone, anyone, beside me. So I wouldn't have to feel alone anymore.

Winning, Work, Wankers

That basically sums this past year.

But like last year and the year before, I'm going to be somewhat of an arsehole and write a "review" or my year on New Year's Eve. Well, unless someone suddenly goes "oh G, come over mine and we can do ze funky, ya?"

Anyroad, hello. It's been a while. And is it just me, or are nearly every article or post I write begin with a short sentence and then a longer follow-up sentence? I don't know, I think it's just proof of my inability to capture someone's attention. It is a shame.

So yeah, I've ben busy with work and university. Oh, and since I've bought it, I've played Dissidia Duodecim every day. I've clocked over 150 hours so far. I need a life. But then again, it's a Final Fantasy title

Also, I have realised that I am extremely agist when it comes to playing as a manager in the Fifa games.

Every time I have a title, I start a season with Chelsea. Every time, I sell anyone over the age of 25. I sell Drogba, Lampard, and the like, and I start buying players. Usually, I get players who are between 17 and 21, and I buy players who are between 70 and 85 overall rating. Why? Because I can. That, and I think of the situation three (in-game) years down the line. Well, that's what I think, anyway.

Anyway, I started writing this on the seventeenth of December, and now it's Boxing Day. Here is the obligatory review of Christmas.

I woke up at eight in the morning, and then went downstairs with my fellow siblings. One was overly happy that it was t'baby Jesus' birthday, the other extremely annoyed because she didn't get her way. Joy.

Anyway, we turned downstairs to give and receive gifts. But before I continue, a word from our sponsors. Wait a minute, I have no sponsors... Shit.

Off topic, but a note to the program "Most Annoying People 2011" for the BBC - you do realise that things like 3DTV, Harry Potter movies and zumba dancing is not dancing? You do realise this, yet your program is called Most Annoying People? BBC, I am disappoint.

Also, why must the media revel in disappointment and embarrassment instead of celebration and achievement? Where's the "Best Things of 2011" show? Where's the feature about the happy things of the year? Nowhere. Fuck you BBC, and all that you stand for when it comes to producing television programs.

Anyway, this year was just as the last and will be next year. Basically, two of my sisters gave me clothes while one sister and my mother presented me with technological gifts. Shame nobody got me Final Fantasy Tactics: War Of The Lions or any gift cards for PSN to allow me to get a Final Fantasy title on my PSP, but it doesn't matter, really.

After doing other stuff, like going up my sister's house to see my nephew and all that, I was home for three hours in my room, most of which I slept because I was up until three the previous night (because sleep is one bodily function that I will despise all my life). Then, I was told that we wouldn't have Christmas dinner, so we just had a form of curry. Lovely.

Anyway, I can't think of anything else of worth to say, apart from that I honestly cannot wait for Final Fantasy XIII-2. Oh, and Type-0, which I really hope comes with an English dub soon to the PSP. Come on, Squeenix, you know you love us fans, yeah? Hehe.

Talking about gaming, am I the only person who thinks that the Uncharted series is extremely overrated? To me, it just looks really boring gameplay-wise, and the graphics aren't that good either. The only saving point that it has is the lighting's rather good, but nothing more.

Also, I finally watched a scene from Big Bang Theory, and I just find it... I don't know... It just seems rather boring and forced. Nothing's organic in it. Maybe I over-think stuff. Maybe I secretly hate every US program. Meh.

So, with that unpopular opinion, I shall end this post. Au revoir, boo.

- Now give us some FINny pudding...

I Wrote This While A Film Was On

Most interesting blog title ever, don't you agree?

Okay then, couple of things.

First off, university.

Next week will be the fourth week or something of my second year, and it's going swimmingly (if, that is,  my course was of the aquatic nature). This year is more towards video and sound than it is to imagery and the like, but that's a good thing.

Sound Tech has just made me want to buy the Sony Z5. But since it's about four grand, maybe I'll order one when I'm rich, which would be in about ninety years. Virtual Environments and Computer Graphics are both crackingly good. After Effects is my type of programme, even if I am utterly wank at it. Luckily, the amount of shit lecturers have gone down to only one, so that's good.

In other university news, I have bitten the bullet and bought a Canon EOS 600D to aid my creations. No more, will I need to book a HandyCam camera from the loans department and I'll have a decent stills camera that will last me a long time (or until I think I need and have the funds for a better camera). Should have it next week, so all ready for any filming needed. Win.

Secondly, gaming.

I think I have a slight obsession with the Final Fantasy franchise. Does it matter? No. Some people love the Harry Potter books (and the movies), others are crazy for the Lord of the Rings and shit like that (and by shit, I'm not calling the Lord of the Rings shit). So yeah, I'm in possession of a Final Fantasy fascination. Ha.

But that doesn't really warrant a section on its own, doesn't it. It'll be like me writing a whole article about how I despise gossip and everything it stands for (oh shi-).

But yeah, for the past few months now, I haven't played a game other than a Final Fantasy title. It's kind of annoying me a bit since I have two games - InFamous and The Third Birthday, if you wanted to know - that I haven't played yet at all. Well, I pressed the start button on InFamous and then I had to get off straight away since I had to be somewhere for some reason on some occasion. Fuck.

But yeah, ever since Final Fantasy X was announced to be remade (or at least tweaked to be at a HD level) and the trailers for XIII-2 and Type-0 (please let there be an English release of that game...) have just made me want to play more of the series. Fuck.

So yeah, a really interesting section of my life there. Moving on.

Third part, I think I've watched too many vlogs on YouTube. Can you tell?

Fourthly, is it just me or does the new iOS 5 slow everything down on the third generation of the iPod Touch? Is it just me? Possibly. Is it that much of a noticeable difference that it warrants a mention on my blog? Fuck no, I just have nothing else to talk about.

Look at me, thinking I'm talking to you when all I'm doing is writing inane bull on a blog. What luxuries we have in this world..

And lastly, I'm done.

See you, dudes.

- FIN me like like one of your French girls.

Blinded by Light

Before I start, I should admit that this will be a Final Fantasy heavy post. But not all of it will. Maybe.

First of all, an update on me. I am still alive, as you can tell by this post. I've just been abducted by the purchase of a PSP and the Clic residential in Welshpool. I'll link you up once the article is up on Wicid/Clic.

About the PSP thing. One of the only reasons for me buying Sony's portable system is to play the older Final Fantasy games. I've only played the newer ones. Well, that's a lie, I've played the first half an hour of VIII, but it bored me to death, though these days I'm willing to give it another chance. But yeah, so far I've only played X, XII and XIII, and ever since I played X I've wanted to play them all. And expensive task, but one helped by the fact that I don't spend much anyway. Win.

Anyway, I have a problem with something, and that is mainly with the fan base of FF games. No, I don't mean the whole "my fuck, VII should get a remake and not X" and all that shit, but the VII fans need to realise that it will virtually mean creating a new game from scratch, not just tidying up the bugs and the graphics ready for the HD age. It'll probably take Square Enix under a year to do that (give or take six months), while a remake of VII will take ages. Just look at how long Versus XIII has taken, and that's not a remake.

But it's not that, it's the "shippers". At first, I have no idea what "ship" means (and I have no shame in admitting that I only found out a few months ago), other than the boat type ones. I looked into it, and I realised it means when someone pairs two characters up.

I understand why they'd pair up some characters (like in X, if someone paired up Wakka and Lulu I'd somewhat understand, considering in X-2 they were married and waiting to have a child), but not any character whatsoever.

A perfect example is in XIII, and two characters in particular - Lightning and Hope.

To those who don't know the story (and I'm going to power phrase this part, and there might be spoilers if that effects you somehow), those two characters (as well as the other playable characters in the game) are hiding from the army as they are considered fugitives. Lightning, being an ex-soldier, tells those around her that they need to press on, so she does. Hope, who is somewhat in despair due to seeing his mother die in the events leading to the party to be fugitives, wants to get stronger for his future plans, thus he heads off in Lightning's direction and meets up with her.

At first, their relationship was more civilian and soldier, with Lightning just destroying everything in site while Hope throws down some magic support. But a few chapters in, and Hope's plans didn't go to plan, and from there you can see that the relationship between Light and Hope changing, but only in a sibling manner. I mean, some people may see everything between Light and Hope in the cutscenes and think "that's proof that they are meant to be". No it doesn't. That's like saying every time someone punches Snow, that means they want to bonk his hat off.

Personally, there is nothing between Hope and Light, nothing sexual anyway. I mean, if someone actually plays the game they'd see that. At most, Light (and to an extent, Fang) is more like a mother figure to Hope than a lover. I mean, look at the scene where Hope unexpectedly summons Alexander for the first time. Who goes to his defense? Fang and Light, but not in the "we've got to save the penis, for he'll create our babies" way. They are giving him advice and confidence while preparing to fight the eidolin, not to mention that nearly everyone treats Hope differently due to his age and his situation prior to the third chapter.

Also, it makes no sense that people link Sazh and Vanille together. It seems that when people partner characters up outside of the game, they just see any time where they are together in game, and that's the case with Light-Hope and Sazh-Vanille. Those two pairings are together for the most of the game. Why? Because that's how they split up during the game, and that's no reason to partner them up sexually.

On another note, FFXIII-2 is coming soon, and I have three problems (well, one of them is if SE decide to do it that way). The first one, is Serah's costume.

I mean, look at them. Her in XIII is on the left and the right is her possibly in XIII-2.

I don't know why, but I don't really understand why they could have just modded the XIII costume up a bit. Granted, it's not a brilliantly designed costume. Personally, I'd have made the skirt slightly longer and make Serah herself slightly taller (because in the scenes with her and Snow, it makes Snow look like a pedophile). But the things that annoy me about the new costume (and animations) is that for starters, she has a choker-type thing on her neck. It just looks awful. And the way she holds her weapon (when it is in sword form), it is horrible. It's next to identical as how Cloud held his sword in VII, which is horrible too.

And while I'm on the subject, I understand why they chose the roles they did for Serah (as they are the same roles as Lightning, her sister), but I can't understand why Serah's main role is a commando. Why couldn't they spiced things up a bit by making her a saboteur or synergist? Would have made things interesting in a party with a commando already (the new guy, Noel).

And now I'm on the subject of designs, I'm going to talk about Yuna from X, and how awful I thought her design was in X-2 (and this is the same problem I have with Hope in XIII and XIII-2).

Right, same thing again. Here's Yuna in X and X-2. Her in X-2 is the more revealing one.

Now, before anyone goes on me on ranting about the clothes, I'm not. Well, I am but not as much as I will be doing where her face is concerned.

I mean, look at the left one. Now look at the right one. Now, do the same, but this time concentrate on their faces. They are supposed to be the same person (albeit with two years difference), but they look nothing alike. Yuna's face in X is more rounded than in X-2, which is much more pointier and longer in general. Surely that wouldn't happen in real life? Nobody that I've known long enough has had their face change that much. And I don't understand why they had to "slut her up". Yes, I understand there was a change between the world she lived in between X and X-2, and the attitudes of her world had changed considerably, but surely faces stay the same?

And the fact that SE made X-2 for a sequel to X makes me worry about the story for XIII-2. At the end of X, Yuna basically loses someone she loves/feels very much for (depending on the region you play), while all that seemed to be washed away as she (in one of the endings) gets her man at the end of X-2, that makes me think that SE were thinking "give the fans what they want", and at the same time basically shitting on one of the best endings I've ever witnessed in a game.

I fear that SE will bow down to the fans again, and make Lightning and Hope a couple. Please, if you're reading this Square Enix, please don't let that happen. If there is a legitimate reason or way that they somehow fall in love or something, then that's fine. But not for them to just see each other after three years and then decide that they want each other. Oh, and while you're reading this, SE, bring back Fang and Vanille. But only in a legitimate way. Thanks.

Right, that's me done on Final Fantasy for now. And if you've read all that, bravo.

In personal news, I have an EEG examination this Monday to see if there's a chance that I have epilepsy. I'll get the results during October. That should be fun.

I also begin university for the second time this week coming. I have my induction on the Thursday coming. I think that's the twenty-third or something. I don't know. Anyway, this year I shall be learning about green screen stuff and maybe some mobile technology. Win all around.

So yeah. That is it. And I know my ranting is annoying and that, but yeah, it's just what I think.

Oh, and the title to this blog is the title of the battle music of Final Fantasy XIII. It's brilliant. Have an ear-gander here. It's the long version. Win...

Fucking gorgeous, that.

- Can't think of anything witty, so I'll end this with a FIN.

Encore

I have a weird way of beginning blog posts.

Usually, it's me spending about half an hour thinking of an interesting title, and as you can see, I failed. Apologies.

First things first. And for the first time in a while, I'm going to talk about football. But, unlike many of my fellow penis-wielding humanoids, I am about to discuss one thing - their kits.

No, not dicks. Kits.

Whoa, that was a fail joke.

Anyway, for those who are still reading this after the word "Encore", Liverpool have released their design for their third kit. There have been a few die hard fans of Liverpool have been complaining about it.

Why?

Well, take a look...

Liverpool's third kit for the 11/12 season.
Oh, by all that's Scouse, there's blue in the shirt.

And I shall begin my opinions on the kit after I have quoted one man, who has been a rock to those who has seen him...

Oh nooooooo.

And yes, that is supposed to be a Family Guy quote. How modern of me

What is the reasonings behind the Reds defiance of the new kit? It has blue on it, and blue is the colour of their rivals, Everton.

Can I just start off by saying, you don't have to be a genius to see that this is cyan, and Everton is mainly a darkish blue colour. If anything, this looks more like a Manchester City kit than something that looks Everton-like. What fools.

Also, I read a comment where someone said "bin the shirt and the designer". My instant thought was, why?. Personally, I think that the shirt is rather nice design wise. Compared to other third kits, it trumps the Chelsea third kit, with its green-with-a-blue-stripe combo. Talk about feeling sick in your mouth...

Anyway, I needed to vent that out. I find it idiotic of people complaining of colours of their choice of football teams their support. Does it really matter in the end? Granted, I'd find it odd if Chelsea began to wear red as their away kit, but it would be so much better than the travesty of a design they have for the upcoming season.

Look at me, pretending that I know about design. And football. Oh, how I have many faces in this world.

In other news, I've began playing Final Fantasy XIII again. It's one of the only games I've played where I've liked it more the more I play it. The others were Final Fantasy X, Devil May Cry 3 and the third Ratchet and Clank game. They are epic games, to be fair.

And that, my possible yet improbable reader, is the end for this post. For the moment, boyo.

Army Of One

Before you think, I'm going all commando on yer arse. I ain't. It's an attack on Final Fantasy XIII. Yeah, still haven't beat it yet... I suck at it. Still, well good, it is. Well good.

Anyways, a big HARRO to you all. I don't know where that came from, maybe deep inside my pointless brain.. oh, sobsob and a packet of weed.

Easter has been and gone. It's been that time of year where I just stay in my room, overhearing different arguments and the like. Also, my mother decided to rename Good Friday "Jesus Slaughtering Day", while Easter Sunday is now "Jesus Respawn Day". Oh, my mother is a loss to the Christian faith...

I'll be honest, I haven't done much revision as I'd hope. I have read over Chemistry. I think I understand Rhydocs now (redox in english, y'know). If you look at the EMF of the different things, the most positive reaction thing goes to the right, meaning it gets rhydwytho'd. This is the ocsidydd. Yeah. Sorry for the wenglish there... and if there is anything wrong with what I just said. Cemeg nerds, feel free to correct me. =].

I've realised that there is a shitload of things that we are supposed to read up on for Music Tech, like the development of technology, how MIDI is used, and different genres. I are fucked. Not only that, I haven't finished Heart Of Glass yet... though I might scrap it and do SuperFreak instead. Yeah, I think I will.

In other news, I can do a Rubix cube. Yeah. Even if I had to google the algorithms for the parts where I was stuck at. But because I did that, I can do them nearly everytime now. Pretty sad, I grant you. Adding to this sadness is that I've been timed twice. The first time was during 'Awr Fawr' (yeah...), while we were waiting for something or other, I did it in over two and a half minutes. Though, three days later, a boy on the bus I catch home timed me again, this time the clock stopped at two minutes and six seconds. Beat that, society.

I have also written many pointless things for Wicid. None of them to do with RCT. The latest one is this one about the possibility of Bebo shutting down because AOL can't keep it afloat. I have written an article about the news that Star Wars will become a sitcom, but that's nut up yet...

Anyways, I have accepted the offer from the Atrium for the Creative Technologies course. All I need is work my arse off big time in these nine weeks left of school. And for the first time, I actually hope these go quickly. Nice.

Ah, feck it, this is a short'un. If I find anything to rant about later tonight, I'll edit this post...

- And in recent news, someone somewhere has done something really obscure, and has made someone in somewhere think "man, I wish the writer of this blog hurries up by saying FIN sometime soon". More after this.

So Much To Do In One Lifetime.

Unfortunately, I cannot spell the first word of this sentence properly. Wey.

Another unfortunate thing is, I've kinda fucked up with Music Technology... joy.

On the recording task, I accidenty deleted the wrong track, the original. Cleaver one, Ga. Anyroad, since there's a lesson tomorrow, I might ask if Stevens (the teacher) could stick the file that I took off the Fostex back on, so the original'll be back on there. But then, I'll have to record the lead and rhythm guitar again... but thinking about it... I don't really... meh, ignore me... =).

AnyC#Chord, I feel like I'm starting to improve with Chemistry and one half of Physics. I'm actually getting mathmatical questions right in them lessons. Wey.

Er, nothing else really point-full to say. Apart from I feel like my mind's trying to self-destruct on me half the time. Don't know why though, it's a mystery.

I'm going to be honest and say, I have no idea what to write for the moment. If I do later tonight, I shall update this post. Yey. But if I don't, it's not you, it's me...

And, I'm back.

Just to say, I FUCKING WANT FINAL FANTASY THIRTEEN. It's looks amazing, and if the gameplay's any better than XII then I cannot wait 'til next year. AHHHH!

Watch this, if it loads (since it's rather big, you might have to pause it and leave it for a minute or two for it to play smoothly). Ignore the cheesiness at times, just look at those amazing graphics and think to yourself jesus......

I mean, Square-Enix are game-creating giants, man. Though, is it just me or the majority of the girls looks the same?...

And, I'm off again.

- Finigar.
